Our mission here at Genoa is:
The youth of Genoa United Methodist Church want to bring others to Christ by being christian examples, who love and welcome others, into a family atmosphere. We strive to be God's faithful servants, by learning more about Him everyday.

We invite anyone who wants to learn more about the love of Jesus Christ to join us at any of our activities.


BIBLE STUDY (Wednesdays @ 6:00 - 7:15)
Join us Wednesday nights for a Jr. & Sr. High mid-week study that explores the bible and incorporates life applications. We look forward to building our Christian foundations with you!

UM ARMY
Texas Annual Conference Mission opportunity for Sr. High youth. Spend a week working on houses and witnessing to people in need.

BIG HOUSE
Jr. High Mission opportunity. Go and spend a weekend working on other Methodist churches that can't afford to make these repairs.

We also attend camps throughout the year at Lakeview Conference Center in Palastine, Texas and, we are involved in many District youth events.

YOUTH CALENDAR

U.M.ARMY U.M.ARMY is an acronym which stands for United Methodist Action Reach-Out Mission by Youth. It is an opportunity for youth and adults to experience Christian growth through mission, worship and fellowship. Participants combine their strengths to meet home repair and maintenance needs of those unable to help themselves. It is for students who have completed at least one year of High School.
